I haven"t been into the pulley on my SC, but two things I have found out about seals on rotating shafts are 1) if the shaft has a groove worn into it by the seal, or 2) the shaft has any side play in it,you will likwly have a leak. A speedi-sleeve (sp) can be pressed over a groove in the shaft to fix it (check with your bearing house). If you have side play you have to identify any worn parts and replace them. Some of the others on the board may have more ideas to check out. Good luck.
