caleb: Regulars and F-20's with six cylinder engines or Ford flathead V-8's or even Chevy V-8 engines are not terribly uncommon. The reason is that those old tractors have a full tubular frame and an open driveshaft and it makes them naturals for engine swaps. They have a bulletproof final drive system which enables them to withstand all that additional power. My neighbor installed a Chevrolet six cylinder truck engine (261 cid) in his F-20 and pulled a three bottom plow with it for years.
