Eastern WV,corn tasseled out at 3ft some late beans never came up,the pond completly dried up for the first time in 18yrs,We did get 3in of rain a few days ago but to late.Some early corn isnt to bad,My antique tractors dried up so bad I cant keep water in the radiatior jimmy
