460 U verses D-17

i'm trying to buy a International 460 Utility from my grandpa. hes givine me a hard time. i just found a D-17(1958 series 1?) for sale for almost $2000 cheaper than what my grandpas wants for the 460. what should i do. both have loaders, the 17 comes with a blade, disc, plow, culivator, and tries chains, and the 460 just a 3 point adapter? i know more about the 460, and alosmt nothing about a D-17, where should i go? i also posted this in the AC department to hear "both sides" of the story. so with that, PLEASE HELP!!
