Usually whenever an original part is retired, that opens up the doors to the aftermarket suppliers, so you might want to check out the Farmall parts right here on YT. If you can't find anything, radiator hose will work if you can find it in the correct size and configuration. I'll dig through my catalogs later this evening and see what I can find.
