Is this a demonstrator C?

I normally hang out on the N pages, but this Farmall C followed me home, actually it was delivered.
The serial number on the plate under the seat is 50855 with 1816 below that.I assume it is a 1950, but don't know what the 1816 means. It has white paint under the red, but I understand all Farmalls were primed with white. Could this be a demonstrator?
