We have a 105 Combine with the C-153 4 cylinder engine. We just pulled it out of the barn and it has been running poorly since. It has a large hesitation and seems to be running on only 2 cylinders. I found 3 bad plug wires, so I replaced all 4. It ran better, but still wasn't right, so I pulled the plugs. I found that the spark plug ends for cylinders 1 and 2 are yellow/white with light brown spots. The plugs from 3 and 4 are covered completely with black, dry soot. Any ideas what could cause this? It has fresh gas and new plugs. I am tending to lean toward the engine sucking something up into the intake pipe for the last two cylinders or a damaged intake manifold or leaking gasket on the front two. Thanks.
