I have a completely original 1937 F-30, 36" tires on original round spokes, built in high speed fourth gear. It has both the spark control and the throttle control mounted on the steering shaft support. I believe that your tractor has been modified by the addition of the later, variable speed control that was mounted along side the fuel tank. I've seen many F-20's and F-30's so modified.
