The easiest thing is to combine the front half of the 806 with the rear half of the 826. They will bolt right together as KB says. You do NOT want to get into transplanting the engine.

However, this isn't a simple backyard project. You need a large shop with a smooth concrete floor. You will need two sets of splitting stands with the ability to roll both front-to-back, and side-to-side so you can roll the 826 front end out of the way, then slide the 806 front end in place.

The 826 rear end has what I consider nicer pedals, and a larger platform.
