OR...."stupid" question of the day. We may come to blows, this tractor and I! Currently I am worried that, in swapping distributor caps back and forth that I may have misplaced the plug wires. SO, in the spirit of having absolutely no pride left at this point, could someone tell me how to tell? I have an original IH cap with a "1" located very close to the right side of one of the connections. Is the number one wire to go in there? and do they then go clockwise in the order printed on the block? OK....one more dumb one...is the #1 cylinder in the front or back of the engine? Let's leave it there for now. You wouldn't believe where I am at now anyway. I'll relate the rest after I have traced some wiring and made sure nothing else is goofed up. Thanks guys!
