Well, just got home from the state fair. Today was my FFA Ag Mechanics Show. I got a red ribbon in the Modified Restored Tractor class. I had a 1955 Farmall 300. Considered modified because I converted it to 12-volt, added a wide-front, fenders, three-point and wheel weights. Did'nt think I would win but thought I would do a little better. Not sure I quite understand the judging either; the kid next to me couldn't get his tractor to run and he placed higher than me!!! Sure wish I could see the judges coments. Oh well, still a fun day and I am still left with a like-new tractor to use that I am very proud of. Just posted some pictures in the Tractor Photo Gallery for anyone interested...
