YEs, but it is not easy or reasonable to spend any time doing it. and it might make recycling it harder. If an old man makes a buch turning batteries, what difference does it make. I believe many batteries are discarded before their time as the result of other issues of vehicle maintenance. If he provides batteries, and people buy them, and have not complained, they probably have service life left in them. You are selling mowers that someone bought new, and fixing a few items, and selling them for a profit, I do not see a substantial difference. JimN
