Have used synthetic in all my tractors and vehicles for the last few years since I could afford it. Never had a problem in thousands of miles and hundreds of hours.
Used dino SAE 30 CIH oil n my H for 20 hours or so of break-in and switched to Mobil Delvac 1 5w-40 after that. I was changing it once a year while I was in ND and using the tractor more. Now it's every other year as it just doesn't get used much without me there.
I run Mobil1 in my vehicles for a minimum of 5000 miles, usually make it to 7500 miles if we are putting enough highway miles on. The Accord will burn about half a pint in 6000 miles and the Caravan probably a pint in 6000 miles. It works for me...
