Did the PTO still turn ( operate properly) after hitting the rock ? If it stopped operating at the time of hitting the rock and will not operate now, the splines of the PTO drive gear which mesh into the splined hub on the clutch pressure plate have stripped due to being worn . The hydraulic lift and remote valves are supplied by a pump driven from the PTO drive shaft which is driven of the afore mentioned PTO drive gear. If the splines have stripped out, no PTO and hydraulic functions. Repair requires tractor split, new PTO drive gear ( with new oil seals) and hub replacement on pressure plate. May as will do a full clutch job while you are there.
