How does the engine sound?,Any transmission noise.Are the hydraulics responsive.Is there a 1 point hitch or drawbar? Dependent on the forementioned (if all is well),you are in the ball park.The mower alone is probabaly 1400.00+ now days.I just spent close to 3years and a lot of $$$$ restoring a 1958 140 and got a real good look at replacement costs.
