Think the one with ES would be a Super MTA. Don't think S was used for anything on a regular SM. SMTA started at tractor serial # 60001 and went to 83523. With the 8000 feet attachment the compression is raised to run better with the LP gas. IH sent some SMTA tractors to a company in Texas to add LP on. Some of them were shipped with the high altitude pistons and a high percent stayed in Texas or the south. Your handle sounds like your from Texas, so I was just putting two and two togeather to ask about the LP. N is correct for a factory SM LP .
