Yep, those two sound like they're gonna be quite a pair! Sure like to have 'em both as MY neighbors!
What got me to chuckle, though, is this talk of "old neighbor" and "new neighbor" with a move of 7 whole miles! Heck, in this neck of the woods, most of those I refer to as "neighbors" are MUCH farther than 7 miles away! Closest neighbor is at least 4 miles from my doorstep as the crow flies, close to 10 if ya go around on the road!
