Check with your local Case/IH dealer to see if they have the mounting flange. Some dealers have used parts. If you pull that mag off the engine make sure you make a note of where the rotor is pointing. Make a sketch and then don't turn the engine while the mag is off. When reinstalling the mag just turn the rotor to the position on your sketch and your mag should be in time. This applies to a distributor too.
