In the late 60s early 70s I worked in a machine shop. At times we were swamped with too much work. I had a block come in at the begining of the week that needed boring. On Friday the customer came in looking for it. I said I just didn't get time to do it yet. He said then I will have to take it elseware as I need it soon. I said for you I will drop every thing and it will be ready this afternoon, which it was. He never forgot that and after he retired from business I had a repair shop of my own and he brought his business to me along with referring others.
