Rob, if money is no big problem I would put the pressure plate and new throwout bearing in it too. I would inspect the one you take out first though as it may not be worn out at all. It is not to big a job to do this. Your manual will explain the splitting procedures. To remove the old ring gear just heat with a torch and it will come right off. Then heat the new one and it will go right on and seat as it cools off. You may have to knock the old one off with a ham,mer after heating.
