All IH dealers have a gasket and seal kits, or can get them, but gear sets are not now nor have they ever been available to rebuild these pumps. If his engine oil level is rising it may be loosing oil into it, but if not leaking the gears are likely worn out. Most CaseIH dealers just don't want to help on these old tractors, but they do have parts available.
