I got a wysiwyg editor called Web.Designer 2 as a freebie bundled with an HP Deskjet. It wrote straight forward html and you can view and fix the html code if it gets out of whack. I used it, liked it I wanted enhanced version. It was bought out by Corel and bundled in Corel Draw 7,8,9. Available on Ebay for less than 50 dollars.
Web Easy another cheap editor sells for 2 to 15 dollars on Ebay does a pretty good job but not too fancy.
