Hey Scott! We just had a really fantastic dinner here, cannot thank you enough! Package arrived late AM but I was just leaving so I unpacked, refreshed the ice packs and stuck them in the cooler. Came home (ran the B, of course!) and then set about the preparations. Little white wine, nice salad....main course. Wife and I each had one and the kids split the third one. I told them they were lucky I gave them their share BEFORE I tasted mine or they might never have gotten it. I have been a life long lobster lover and my wife and kids follow right along. This family is responsible for so many dead lobsters that we are afraid to swim in the ocean for fear of retribution. We know how to eat them too...not a scrap of meat left when we are done. We are all in agreement that, of all the many lobsters we have had, absolutely none have been so sweet and fresh tasting. Wonderful fresh smell to them. No lemon needed on these babies. Don't know how to repay you but I have got to think of something. I hope it means something that a family of four in the midwest is VERY happy this evening because of you! What a nice day we have had. Thank you very much!
