Could have more than one problem. Might be the relief valve, weak pump or blown o-ring on pump flange. The quickest thing to try is change the relief valve from another IH tractor. All valves will interchange from the 06 series to the early 86 series. Pressure are different but that won't hurt for testing. Yours still might have the old 1600 psi valve in it anyway. If you are going to do alot of loader work I would change to a 2000 P.S.I. valve. Also is the hyd. system making any noise. If so you need to check the filter. Not a bad idea anyway. This tractor can also blow the o-ring on the hyd pump mounting flange. Might drain the oil and remove the pump to check the o-ring. The othe place is the seal between the rear deck lid and the differential housing. Also came blow the o-ring between the draft control valve and the hitch cylinder. Also is the hitch up or down. If the position control handle (inside handle) is all the way down in the offset this will dump most of the oil going to the remotes and they will be slow. The best way would be to get somebody with a flow-rator and check the system. It will check flow and pressure at the same tme.Replacing parts to find the problem isn't cheap. We thought we could get by with this since the engine ran perfectly and would not need any internal work. After the cleanup and painting was done, we began reassembly and finally came to t
