I had a farmer to mow a field for me about 30 years ago. He had a big JD tractor with a 9-foot sickle bar mower on it. It didn't take him very long. In less than a year he rolled that tractor and was killed mowing someone's pasture. One of my co-worker's was driving his Ford LTD and had a few too many drinks and hit this same farmer's son that was on a tractor a few years after the father was killed. The son wasn't injured, but the LTD was totaled and there was a lot of damage to the tractor. They flew him to Shock Trauma in Baltimore. He was back to work in about 6 weeks. and is still living. He doesn't drink now. He said if he had been sober he probably wouldn't have survived. Hal

The General GG was made by the Cleveland Tractor Company (Cletrac) of Cleveland, Ohio.
