Well as yall know i've been having magneto troubles with the B. Well the guy i got this from emailed me awhile back saying he found a box of electrical parts for the B and if i wanted them i could pick them up. so this weekend i drove out there and picked them up in the box was, Another magneto that looked worse than the one that was on the tractor. and a distributor and coil conversion piece. that was seized on it though. The magneto turned and would unload but wouldnt make the familiar clink sound. Well today i decided to throw the other mag on jsut to try it and when i put it on and got it timed i checked the spark and had a nice big blue spark. So me and pops pulled it up and down the road for awhile but couldn't get more than a pop every now and then. We grabbed some carb cleaner sprayed it in there and it fired right up and stayed running. Drove it home but theres still some carb work that it needs. Also what oil should i use to oil the mag?.
