Shouldn't be hard at all. I just put one on our B and unless the BN is a lot different it should work. I took an extra floor pan, cut to size for me by another forum member (it needs a little modifying to fit the left side axle), and shaped it with a grinder to fit perfectly. Once I had that on I just bolted on an extra set of seat brackets and a pan seat with springs. You must carefully clean and run a tap through the holes on the left side or you will in all probability break a bolt in them. As for safety....I won't allow a passenger if there is an implement on the tractor as a sudden start or stop could conceivably pitch the passenger off what with no steering wheel to hang on to. My passengers hang onto the steering column and/or the brackets. I am going to add a foot rest also. Of all the methods of carrying a passenger on a tractor, I think this must be about the safest. Pitching forward would smart some but the tractor is unlikely to run over you because it would be stopped. Backwards is mostly a worry if you are one to pop the clutch at high RPM's and mostly then if there is an implement coming behind. In that case you are probably lining up for an accident anyway. HTH
