It could be a couple of things. One is a sticking (or not centered) valve in the block this trys to make the control pressure go up to operate the valve, but it never gets open till you move the FH control which takes almost no pressure to move thus dumping the pressure, and the noise stops. Or it could be the pressure control valve itself, Look at caseih.com search for parts, start your search here, then Put in 560, then hydraulics and the components will be shown, JimN
