You should be able to use 560 lines. The D-188 in the 504 is just the four cylinder version of the 560's D-282. Get lines 1 through 4. 1 should match up just about pefect. 2, 3, and 4 will probably need a little bending, as the outlet ports on the four cylinder injection pump are going to be about 30 degrees away from where they would be on the six cylinder pump. Be real careful when bending injection lines, make your bend over as long of a span as possible. The diesel engine textbooks will tell you not to bend injection lines ever, but in the real world it gets done and works if you're careful.
