Hi Karl, the 2400 is the industrial version of the ag 454. Last fall my brother and I took the CIH 2250 loader off of his 495 (newer version of 454) and put it on his 3230 (newer version of 464). The difference in the two tractors is the length between the mounting holes on the torque tube to the mounting holes up by the front axle. The difference is about 8 inches because the 495 is a D179 3 cyl Diesel and 3230 is a D206 4 cyl Diesel engine. His 2250 loader frame had the 2 different set of holes predrilled in it except someone forgot to drill one of the holes at the front and we had to drill a new hole.
So measure the distance between the mounting holes on your 464 and then check the loader on the 2400 to see if it has 2 sets of holes and compare the distance between the holes in the loader. Now the 2400 maybe a 4 cyl gas engine and measurement differences could be less than 8 inches.
