An IHC brochure I have for the H and M, from the 40s, lists under "Special Equipment" what they call a "low-low speed" of 1-5/8 mph. I presume this is at 1650 rpms for the H and 1450 for the M. There is also a 7-mph fourth speed available, but this must be part of the 4th-5th speed sliding gear.
