On top of old Sparky, my starter switch is a-scarin' me...

I was pushing some blackberries out of the way today with my B and noticed an intermittent sparking coming from the starter switch. Since I still have a danged drip coming from my shutoff valve, I decided to terminate operations before it terminated me. Red, I believe you had this happen on one of your H's. What causes it and what is the fix? I have taken the switch apart and cleaned it thoroughly, and connections are clean and tight.
