Well, I have a Super C with a quick hitch on it. The cylinder mounts with the lines to the top, facing the front of the tractor. The block as you say, I believe is the splitter block that lays just to the front of the seat on the deck of the tractor. The single line goes to the lift valve on the side of your touch control housing. The valve I am speaking of is operated by a lever of it's own, not the touch control levers that are together. NOTE: I am going off of how my Super C is layed out.. I haven't been around a 200 in a few years..
The two hoses on the block go under the seat mount to the top of the Quick Hitch cylinder.
