I think it works the same as my '46 H does. Look at the fan pulley. It has two set screws on the front half of the pulley. Loosen these set screws and then loosen the front half of the pulley by rotating it as you would loosen a nut. The pulley will expand, allowing the belt to drop down deeper into the pulley. Then you can pull the belt off the bottom pulley. Reverse the proceedure to tighten the belt. The tighter the pulley is screwed in, the tighter the belt gets. Have fun!! V
