Well, I decided to not spend as much time on this site. So I went to eBay, Business and Industrial, Antique tractors, Farmall. What do you know, there was a 1943 Farmall skeleton, with a good wide front end, radiator, pre-cleaner and more. So, I talk w/ the guy, bid on it, and own it for about three hundred bucks. But, I live in Portland Oregon, and its near Sacramento!! So: I take 4 days of vacation time, rent a trailer, drive 1200 miles w/ the motorhome, use a come-along to load the carcass, and am now in an rv park in Redding California writing this. Still get to drive thru the Siskiyou mountains tomorrow pulling it home. The next time one of your beloveds complains, tell them about that guy in the northwest!! ps-- it turned out to be an original IH wide front end-- made my day!!
