The previously mentioned IH mower is correct but a JD #5 mower would be easier to find most likely and is extremely similar. I suspect, although I have never bought the IH mower, that the JD version will be cheaper. I routinely have bought the JD mowers for less than $50 in very good to reasonable condition. Easily adapted to an M (that's what I use), the only complaint I have is that I hate putting them on the tractor. If you buy one, get one with the quick connect arms on it. I have a piece of heavy steel plate with a piece of round steel welded to the edge that I mount on the drawbar of the M and attach the mower to. I made up a longer PTO drive shaft too but this is easily done and the new one is a lot easier to get off the tractor. Another benefit...no one is likely to trespass and walk off with it! Most gosh darned awkward thing to move that I ever saw!
