Mike, you've recieved several replies below, most all of 'em suggesting either a crescent wrench or a hammer. Either will work... I've always just used whatever's handy to whack 'em with(ok, a "light tap")....but it reminded me of an old joke.... A farmer asked his hired man to run into the shop and bring him out a crescent wrench. The hired man asked "do ya want a 10 inch crescent or a 12 incher?" The farmer replied "don't make much difference to me, I'm agonna use it as a hammer anyway"....
