All three are good tractors, what you are hearing is mostly rumors. The TA's last a long time if used properly. I have not heard about the head problem on the 460. I have one, and had new valves, etc put in, it was not cracked. The 460/560 did suffer from a "weak" rear end. Most have long since been repaired because they were recalled by IH and fixed (beginning of the downfall of IH) For your type of work, little or no load, it doesn't make any difference. Buy the one you like.
