As the previous posts mentioned, it could be tire mis-mounted (if just done) or slipped on wheel due to extraordinary sideways pressure or pulling pressure, tire damaged (pooching out at damaged and weakened area) or bent/damaged wheel or mounting holes. You need to get the tire off the ground and rotate it to see where problem lies. Good luck.
