My buddy loaned me his dual wheeled/cab equipped/huge diesel engined green monster tractor to drill a dozen hilly acres to winter wheat yesterday. Talk about smooth powerful zero effort to operate! In a very short period of time you could lose focus on the job at hand. At least when I'm using my M I've got noise,smoke, gear changes, and wind to keep me situationally aware. My buddy promised not to tell the Keg Creek Antique Machinery Club that I had used a John Deere and my wife will not even consider my request for $ 100,00 for a used tractor and grain drill!
