The way i would get them out is with a bass drift and ZEP penetrating fluid and extrem care by spraying it and let it soak then with light taps after i cleaned the bore above the cup. ya want to get it to bounce OR ya can just throw it in a hot tank and then they will sometime just fall out . Had to fish several out of the bottom of the tank over the years.
