The plans shown are very good. I made a similar puller for my Cub. I did not use the jack or portapower, but rather a piece of 3/4 inch threaded rod, using that as a jack. You need a nut or such on the end to bear against the end of the crank shaft and a hole in the end piece to accomodate the Rod. Use a nut against the end piece. My Cub pulley came of easily with this set up.
