I used white corragated or ribbed metal sheets. In my case my sidewalls were 16' high -so 16'x36" sheets for the sides. Each piece was around $22. The ends were a different story being 35' high in the peak and the siding(or inside haymoe floor)started 8' off the ground in places ,so it is pretty high, 43'off ground. I had to put up scaffolding 25' off ground and work off of an 18' ladder from there. I screwed all the sheets on with 1/4"hex head drive x 2-1/2" long screws. It really does not take too much time because each sheet covers alot but you have to always consider the barn is out of square and make allowances for such. I think I (and my Dad & brother) spent about 1-1/2 days on each end and about the same for each side depending on what you have to make cuts for etc. This is probably more than you wanted to know.
