sure i can recommend a few. john deere tractors by randy leffingwell, good history of deere. farmall letter series tractors by guy fay and andy kraushaar. real good book on the letter series farmalls. ford tractors by randy leffingwell. history of ford tractors , also has the model t tractor conversions, and the infamous baer ewings ford tractor. another good book, tractors by john carroll and garry stuart. another good one is illustrated history of the american farm tractor by randy leffingwell. also - the american tractor by p.w. ertel, a century of legendary machines. also try the big book of farmall tractors by robert n pripps. a book i have been looking for is the history of international harvester. i forget the auhor, big hardcover book, a friend let me read it, book is over a hundered dollars, but has not only history of tractors but the implement as well. quite amazing when you read about what each manufacturer brought to the table. live pto's, 3 point hitches, row crop tractors, hydraulics, crawler conversions ect ect ect....really good stuff!!!
