You have everything you need. As stated earlier, the pully has a sort of ramp cast in it and as the engine starts the pully forces it to disengage. There are some tricks: DO NOT hook your thumb over the handle. DO NOT crank around and around, but crank in half turns PULLING through the bottom half of the stroke. If you are pushing and she kicks it'll break your arm! So you stand on the right hand side (the seat/stearing wheel side) with the crank down and push the crank (disengaged) to the far side, then as you pull the crank toward you (downward) it will engage the pully and you'll pull it through compression. When you get the handle half way up stop, push it downward (disenngaged agian) back to the other side and repeat. This way if it kicks it'll pull the handle out of your hands and not try to hurt you. If you work at it you can get it rolling pretty well, but if the points and plugs are clean, the timing is adjusted correctly, the fuel is on, etc. you won't need too much effort. I usually park mine on the hillside, slap it in fourth, pull out the choke, lift the switch, raise the Woods, let off the brake and when it gets rolling ease out the clutch. Quicker and easier, but you can't always leave it on a hill, can you? Be careful with these old machines, they can hurt you in a heartbeat. It pays to keep your mind on your business at all times!
