An alternator from a 88 ford t-bird, with a 5.0 with AC, will fit under the hood of the H,, 100 amp alternators are avaialble,,, you can put a toggle switch in, and run it whenever you need it. Its a 3 wire, but you tie em together, to the positive post, and put a switch inbeteeen two of the wires and it works! Oh, you gots to put on a v belt pulley,,,,, chevy alt pulleys go right on this alt, so you got options for parts,,.. Chad
