Well from my understanding, there isnt one. There really are no original torque specs for any of the F-series as for as head rods, manifold, etc. You just turned it till it felt like it was getting ready to snap.
When I put mine on I just used a wrench, or ratchet where I could fit it and torqued em till they were tight. No water yet so shes still sealed good.
