Jimmy, I would think the 2pt on your 706 and your 544 should have down pressure. I think all tractors with 2pt can have down pressure. Around here you can not get a moldboard plow in the ground without a little down pressure. Tools like a grader blade would be kind of worthless also. There is usually a pin that needs put in a hole on one of the arms to get down pressure. Either that or they have a one way cylinder on them.
