I posted a couple weeks ago about a broken govenor spring. Found one on ebay and put it in, was to long but put it in anyway in order to use the tractor. When you throttled up it would over rev. I got ahold of the correct spring in the meen time from a case/ih dealership. I even checked it against the broken one that came out, yes they are the same size. With the correct size spring in it is still acting up-over revving when moved past half throttle. Seemed pretty straight forward replacing it twice. Did I possibly over look something? I just don't understand how it can be so far out of wack. Should I just use my I&T manual and reajust the governor according to the instructions?
