It looks homemade to me, though it's hard to tell just by looking at the pictures of the nameplates. More detail would help.
Here's why I'm thinking homemade: The pump and valve are different brands. Gresen makes valves too (I have two of them myself), so why would they use another brand of valve?
Char-Lynn used to make a unit that looked like a 5-gallon bucket that mounted on the PTO shaft. That's the only aftermarket addon that I'm aware of.
Take a look at the bracketry. A homemade job wil be made from welded angle iron or other scrap. There will probably be obvious torch cuts and inconsistent welding. Factory brackets are stamped steel, and/or will be made from smoothly cut metal, with professional welding.
